Ongoing training and intranet updates are provided to ensure that Competence and Awareness is maintained and staff participate in continually improving the HSQE management system and meeting objectives. 1 Big management regularly discuss ISO development and implementation proposals at Review Meetings to determine their continuing suitability for our organisation. David joined 1 Big in March 2014, starting afresh after over a decade at Restore plc, where he successfully negotiated well over 150 x Contracts / Service Level Agreements including many significant wins, plus headed up a similar number of team won contract awards. In addition, was involved in contract renewal conciliation with many long-term customers.

Andrew has held the role of General Manager with the company since 2001, with responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of all administration, operations and service delivery. Totally committed to growing the business and maintaining customer relationships.
